Polyethylene (PE)

Obtained from the polymerization of ethylene with various methods polyethylene is a durable, shiny, transparent and opaque white chemical which does not become disturbed in from the effects of many chemicals. Because it is resistant to chemical and environmental conditions it is the most often used type of plastic we use in our daily lives. It has many uses such as bleach, detergent, shampoo bottles, motor oil bottles, garbage bags. It’s low cost.

High density polyethylene (HDPE)

High density polyethylene is chemicaly the closest to pure polyethylene. This type has unbranched molecules with very few defects ,distorting linearity . Eventhough the small defects distort the order in a slight manner, crystallization can be achieved in high levels resulting in a high density polyethylene. High-density polyethylene has a density of about 0.94 to 0.97 g / cm3.

Usage Areas
  • Household goods, toys
  • Packaging film
  • Pipes(with pressure or not) (water, gas, waste water, corrugated, sprinkler, etc.)
  • Bottle of detergent and cosmetics (non-transparent)
  • Plate, paper and rotational molding material in the metal coating
  • Athlete type grocery bags, plastic bags, Laminating, net bags
Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE)

The reason it is called low density polyethylene is because during the crystalisation process, polimers containing strong bonds are formed which decreases density. The branches principally contain ethyl and butyl groups.Long chain branchings form randomly on the primary long chain.Low density polyethylene has an average density of 0.90 to 0.94 g / cm3.

Usage Areas
  • Heavy bag
  • Greenhouse sheet
  • Packaging film
  • Cable sleeving
  • Household goods, toys
  • Pipe, hose, tube, bottle, fabric
  • Metal coatings, rotations, molding materials
  • All kinds of stretch and shrink film
  • Bags, plastic bags for napkins
Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE)

LLDPE ‘s features are quite different from LDPE. Resistance to stress and strain is higher in comperasent to LDPE, impact resistance is also better. Heat resistance is 15 ° C higher, it is more difficult to process. In contrast, clarity and brightness are worse, melting strength is lower. LLDPE production is performed in a gas phase process, the resulting resin, ethylene – alpha-olefin copolymer has a linear structure. Because LLDPE has no branching, during process elongation towards machnine pull is a lot.Elongation perpendicular to machine pull is low. LLDPE is also produced as copolymers with octene ,hexane and butene.

Usage Areas
  • Store Bag
  • Market, Grocery athlete bags
  • Stretch Film
  • Bubble Wrap
  • Thin Film for Lamination
  • Salt, Sugar, Chicken bag
  • Kitchen goods obtained by an injection molding technique
  • Toys
  • Masterbatch Manufacturing
  • Tanks and other pieces produced with rotation
